Response to a complaint about not liking flowers
I’m sorry to hear that you don’t love your Vela letterbox flowers delivery.
Vela flowers change weekly on a Monday, you can find more information about this on the page where you ordered
. Our policy is florists choice, which is what makes us a little different from most florists around.
It sounds like the flowers you have seen are the previous week’s posted on Instagram, these were purple but didn’t contain allium. There have in fact been two
other posts on Instagram this week about the bouquet you have received, one was a repost from a client who was thrilled with their bunch .
I hope you can understand that tastes are subjective, and that our skilled and experienced florist team always strive to create the best bouquet based on what is seasonally available within the price you have paid.
We of course offer refund or resend on the rare occasions when deliveries are damaged or flowers aren’t delivered, but as a seasonal florist, and as tastes are subjective, we’re not able to offer any compensation when a customer doesn’t like the colours or flowers in an arrangement.
I feel that if you want certainty about which flowers you will receive, sadly we’re perhaps not the right florist for you.
